Wedding FAQ’s

Are you Insured?
Yes. Both professional indemnity and public liability.

What if you are sick?
I haven’t missed a wedding yet. I undertake wedding photography as a big responsibility.
However if I am sick I have a large network of photographer friends who can step in.

Do we get the digital Files?
Yep, my starting package comes as a full gallery of hi-res & low res files ready for you to print and enjoy your fab day forever.
I will supply your digital files fully edited and resized for printing. I also include ‘For Web’ versions, optimised for uploading to Facebook or other social media.

How many photographs do we get?
I photograph between 1000-1200 images on a wedding day, more if it’s a big one. I supply you with a minimum of 450 fully edited images.
Usually 600-800 is normal if it’s a big wedding, if i’m with you till the craziness starts on the dance-floor then it can be more.

When do we get our images?
I usually finish editing the photos and have your gallery ready for you in 5-6 weeks.

Can we get an album?
Yep, I think people should, where are digital files going to be in years to come? I don’t even have a tape dec or a video player anymore… but as a kid I loved going through my parents album, and I still can today.
I use Queensbury, and QT Albums. These albums are beautifully hand made and the best way of showing off your day.

Do you have a booking form?
Yes, You look over this before paying a deposit so you’re happy with everything.

How do we book you?
A deposit secures your date, this is a non refundable deposit of €300 with the balance due on or before the wedding day.

Do you use a second shooter?
I usually cover all my weddings myself, however If you have a big wedding it’s sometimes an advantage.
I cover all aspects of the day when meeting couples and go through all options, and do a rough time plan of the day with you too.

What equipment do you use?
I use Canon bodies and lens’s, and a full back up system.

Do you blog every wedding?
I try to, but I often fall behind on blogging.
If I don’t blog it’s because I’m working hard on delivering full galleries as quickly as possible to my clients.
